First, make your matcha syrup by whisking the matcha powder and hot water together until smooth. Set aside to cool.

Next, make your white chocolate milk by heating 70ml of your milk and combining it with the 37% White Chocolate until smooth.

Add the rest of the milk to cool down then chill until serving.

To serve, pour the raspberry pureé/sauce into the glass, followed by the white chocolate milk.

Using the back of a spoon to slow the flow, pour the matcha syrup on top of the milk to create the layers. Finish with a large ice cube to keep it cool.
