360ml Whole Dairy/Dairy-Alt Milk
35g White Chocolate
3g Matcha Powder
1 Tbsp Hot Water
First make your matcha syrup by whisking the matcha powder and hot water together until smooth. Set aside to cool.
Next, make your white chocolate milk by heating 70ml of your milk and combining it with the white chocolate until smooth.
Add the rest of the milk to cool down and chill before serving.
To serve, pour your matcha syrup over ice, followed by the white chocolate milk.
