Ingredients

350g 85% Chocolate Dark Chocolate Buttons

1 Can of Condensed Milk

30g Salted Butter

50g White Chocolate

20g Chopped Hazelnut

20g Chopped Stem Ginger

Method

    Grease and line a 20cm x 20cm tin.

    Make the fudge by melting the butter and chocolate over a Bain Marie.

  3. 3

    Fold through the condensed milk until combined then decant into your prepared tin leave to set for 1-2 hours.

    To decorate, melt your chocolate and add your toppings of choice, leave to set once before portioning and serving.
