Ingredients

200g Water

10 Earl Grey Tea Bags

1 Orange

120g Caster Sugar

360ml Whole Dairy/Dairy-Alterative Milk

25g 32% Powder

30ml Double Cream/ Dairy-Alternative Cream

Zest of ½ Large Orange

Method

    Start by making your earl grey syrup in advance, slice the orange thinly and infuse the water with the tea bags and orange slices for 5-10 minutes over a gentle heat.

    Once infused, strain and return to the heat, add the sugar.

    Heat further to dissolve the sugar and continue heating to reduce the syrup to a nice and thick consistency. Set aside to cool completely before using.

    Make your chocolate milk, as per the instructions for the 32% Powder Milk.

    To serve, pour the syrup and chocolate milk over ice

    Optional extras: add a generous splash or squirt of double cream and zest of the orange to finish.
