This exceptional flavour comes from our use of high-quality, fine-flavour cocoa, natural cocoa butter, and our unique approach to chocolate making. Unlike most chocolates, our artisan chocolate buttons are made using only natural, non-deodorised cocoa butter. While many cocoa butters are treated to remove flavour, our carefully sourced cocoas allow us to skip this process, preserving the naturally chocolatey richness of the butter and adding remarkable depth to the finished chocolate.
