Some recipe collaborations just WORK. With the launch of our Summer #ChillwithIslands recipe series, we couldn’t have been more excited to reach out to some of our good friends and partners to elevate these summer coolers with delicious collaborations.
One of which was the amazing team at Good & Proper, a specilty tea supplier based in London which offers a vast array of award-winning, premium quality loose leaf, tea bags and tea accessories. When Islands’ development chef, Cat, first brewed up this recipe we knew we had to pick up the phone to get an express delivery of Earl Grey tea bags!
