360ml Whole Dairy/Dairy-Alternative Milk
35g 37% White Chocolate
50g Mango Puree/ Sauce

Make your white chocolate milk by heating 70ml of your milk and combining it with the white chocolate until smooth. Add the rest of the milk to cool down.
To serve, pour the mango purree/sauce into the glass, topped with the white chocolate milk.
Finish with a generous helping of cream and an extra drizzle of mango puree.
