White Chocolate Mango Frappe

Frappes are your new favourite summer cooler. For this one, our creamy 37% White Chocolate frappe takes on a tropical twist with the fragrant, juicy brightness of mango puree. Blended to an airy, iced finish, this is sunshine in a cup and unmistakably summery. It’s the drink everyone will be clawing after want come summer.

    • 360ml Whole Dairy/Dairy-Alternative Milk 

    • 35g 37% White Chocolate

    • 50g Mango Puree/ Sauce

    • Make your white chocolate milk by heating 70ml of your milk and combining it with the white chocolate until smooth. Add the rest of the milk to cool down. 

    • To serve, pour the mango purree/sauce into the glass, topped with the white chocolate milk.

    • Finish with a generous helping of cream and an extra drizzle of mango puree.
