Malted Baileys Milk Hot Chocolate

Whether you're curling up by the fire on a cold evening or treating yourself after a long day, this malted hot chocolate delivers pure liquid comfort in every warming sip. 

  • For the hot chocolate:

    • 1 Tsp Malt Powder 

    • 25g 55% Milk Chocolate  

    • 20ml Freshly Boiled Water  

    • 120ml Whole Milk  

    • 1 Measure of Baileys (Optional)  

       

    (Optional, to decorate) :

    • Whipped Cream

    • Torched Marshmallows 

    • Caramel Sauce  

    • Heat-proof cup or mug

    • Sauce pan

    • Whisk

    • Combine the 55% Milk Chocolate and malt powder, then pour the boiling water over and mix to a smooth paste.  

    • Steam/heat your milk and mix it with the chocolate, then add your measure of Baileys and serve. 

    • We recommend serving this treat with lashings of whipped cream and torched marshmallows.
