For the hot chocolate:
1 Tsp Malt Powder
25g 55% Milk Chocolate
20ml Freshly Boiled Water
120ml Whole Milk
1 Measure of Baileys (Optional)
(Optional, to decorate) :
Whipped Cream
Torched Marshmallows
Caramel Sauce

Heat-proof cup or mug
Sauce pan

Combine the 55% Milk Chocolate and malt powder, then pour the boiling water over and mix to a smooth paste.
Steam/heat your milk and mix it with the chocolate, then add your measure of Baileys and serve.
