65% Dark Chocolate Buttons (Mini) - 2kg Bag

The 65% is a lighter, livelier dark chocolate. With a lower cocoa percentage, we keep the conch especially short exemplifying a bounty of bold flavours found in our St Vincent cocoa. Strong citrus and herbal aromas lead to a sweet grapefruit acidity, flavours of banana and honey rounded off with a rich dried fruit finish.

Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin). Contains 65% cocoa solids minimum. May contain traces of Cereals containing Gluten, Milk, Soybeans and Tree Nuts.
