Cinnamon & Chocolate Horchata

This indulgent twist on the beloved Spanish rice drink transforms traditional horchata into a rich, chocolate-infused treat that's both nostalgic and refreshingly modern. By allowing long-grain rice and warming cinnamon sticks to steep overnight with vanilla and our 45% How Chocolate Powder, you'll create a silky, naturally sweetened base that captures all the comforting flavours of horchata while adding decadent chocolate depth. The slow infusion process allows the rice to release its natural creaminess and the spices to fully bloom, resulting in a drink that's surprisingly healthy yet feels like pure indulgence. Served chilled, this cinnamon and chocolate horchata offers a perfect balance of familiar comfort and exciting innovation – ideal for those seeking a guilt-free way to satisfy their chocolate cravings.
