White Chocolate Raspberry Matcha Frappe

Iconically colourful and boldly refreshing, this frappe layers the earthy notes of matcha with our intensely flavourful 37% White Chocolate and sweet, savoured acidity of raspberries . Styled with creamy white, vibrant green and deep red pantones, this Instagrammable glass is a feast for the senses.

    • 360ml Whole Dairy/Dairy-Alt Milk 

    • 35g 37% White Chocolate Buttons

    • 3g Matcha Powder 

    • 1 Tbsp Hot Water 

    • 30g Raspberry  Puree / Sauce

    • First, make your matcha syrup by whisking the matcha powder and hot water together until smooth. Set aside to cool.

    • Next, make your white chocolate milk by heating 70ml of your milk and combining it with the 37% White Chocolate until smooth.

    • Add the rest of the milk to cool down then chill until serving. 

    • To serve, pour the raspberry pureé/sauce into the glass, followed by the white chocolate milk. 

    • Using the back of a spoon to slow the flow, pour the matcha syrup on top of the milk to create the layers. Finish with a large ice cube to keep it cool.
